Call for Leadership Coaches & Consultants

The Virginia Women’s Foundation is calling on experienced executive coaches and project consultants to volunteer their expertise in support of Virginia-based nonprofits with projects focused on empowering women and girls. Your guidance can help these organizations elevate their leadership, enhance their operations, and strengthen their impact across the state.
About the Opportunity
As a pro bono volunteer, you’ll be matched with a nonprofit organization in Virginia to support them in one of two ways:
Executive Coaching: Provide leadership development for nonprofit leaders to help them grow professionally and navigate organizational challenges.
Project Consulting: Lend your expertise in areas such as strategic planning, operations, communications, fundraising, or board governance
Your engagement will typically span 3–6 months, requiring approximately 5 hours per month. Coaching and consulting can be delivered virtually or in-person, depending on your preference and the organization’s needs.
Pro Bono Leadership Coaches
International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coaches provide leadership development for nonprofit leaders to help them grow professionally and navigate organizational challenges. Your engagement will typically span 3–6 months, requiring two coaching sessions per month. Coaching can be delivered virtually or in-person.
Pro Bono Consultants
Professionals with deep experience in nonprofit consulting, project management, or related disciplines provide expertise in areas such as strategic planning, operations, communications, fundraising, or board governance. Your engagement will typically span 3–6 months, requiring approximately 5-7 hours per month. Consulting can be delivered virtually or in-person.
